M. Andy Brunelle
Andy Brunelle is a native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and is proud to call this his hometown. Andy graduated from Oakland High School in 1991. He then graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. He later graduated in the top 1% of his class at Nashville School of Law.
Andy focuses his law practice on three areas: personal injury cases, criminal defense, and family law matters. In personal injury cases, Andy has the unique experience of working for one of the largest insurance companies in the country as an adjuster for 11 years. This perspective is valuable in helping you through the difficulties of being injured.
Andy understands that being charged with a crime is one of the biggest events of your life. He will defend your constitutional rights and fight to achieve the best outcome possible. The same goes for a family lawsuit. Whether it’s a divorce or custody suit, it is an emotional time for you, and Andy will stand by you and fight to protect your assets and the time you get with your children.
Andy is married to Brenda Brunelle and has two sons. Brenda is the owner of Danceworks, Inc. here in Murfreesboro. Andy spends his free time with his family, coaching little league and playing tennis.

Attorney Amanda Conklin
As a life-long resident of Rutherford County, Amanda Conklin is committed to providing the highest quality representation to her community. Ms. Conklin earned her undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and her J.D. Degree from Nashville School of Law in 2011.
Ms. Conklin worked five successful years as a legal assistant prior to earning her law degree, which helped her to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
Following graduation, Ms. Conklin immediately began her practice in her hometown of Murfreesboro with Lisa Eischeid, Rutherford County’s General Sessions Judge, Part IV. In October 2016, Ms. Conklin and another locally established attorney associated their thriving practices to form Brunelle Conklin. Together, Ms. Conklin and Mr. Brunelle are able to offer a wide range of legal services and knowledge.
The focus of Ms. Conklin’s practice includes all areas of family law, criminal law, estate planning and probate, juvenile law, and most general civil matters.
In addition to operating a successful practice, Ms. Conklin is active in a number of professional organizations including the Rutherford County/Cannon County Bar Association (elected Officer 2012-2016), the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (TACDL), the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL – 2015), bar exam proctor for the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners (2012-2015), and approved mentor for the University of Tennessee College of Law Mentoring Program.
Ms. Conklin enjoys time with her Husband, Aaron Conklin, and their three children. She is an active member of Life Point Church in Smyrna, Tennessee and serves every Sunday in the Children’s Department.
Associate Attorney Alex Jennings
Alex Jennings attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha. After graduating UT with a degree in history, Alex enrolled in the University Of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School Of Law. During his time in Memphis, Alex became a member of the Memphis Law Review and Christiana Zawisza’s Child and Family Litigation Clinic where he won the CALI award for best overall performance. He also served as research assistant to elder law Professor Donna Harkness.
In July 2014, Alex passed the Tennessee Bar and in 2015, began practicing law in Tennessee. Practice areas include family law, criminal law, juvenile law, estate planning and probate, and elder law.
